First of all, Skeleton Keys are a new feature that allow players to obtain Strike specific loot at the end of a match. You can use the keys on loot chests to produce special gear/weapons. You can obtain them from Strikes at random times, but it is best to grind Strikes so that you can build them up for future rare loot.
