Panzer Strategy nastavena na předběžný přístup na Steamu 28. února

Taking a look over to the indie scene, publisher and developer Starni Games is looking to release its World War 2 strategy simulator Střelecká strategie to Steam Early Access. Střelecká strategie is set to hit PC via Early Access late next month.

If you are a fan of WW2 and strategy games there’s good news for you. Střelecká strategie is a unit-based tactical game where you can command soldiers from the field or from your HQ to dominate AI opponents.

“Panzer Strategy: Blitzkrieg is a historical wargame on Unreal Engine where like in real life you can adapt your units to any objective using equipment and skills. Moreover you can make your tactics even more flexible with skills and abilities of your HQ and the HQ Commander!”

The game in question, as of this moment, is purely single-player and has no multiplayer functions. This means that if you prefer a single-player experience, Střelecká strategie should have you covered in that area.

According to the dev team, Střelecká strategie uses the Unreal Engine 4 to make “live full 3D maps”, an active weather system, a day/night cycle, and destructible objects. You can view all of the above and then some with the free camera mode, which opts for a closer look when compared to the vanilla camera.

If you want to see the game in action powered by UE4, Střelecká strategie, Pavel Balakin has the game’s latest Early Access trailer showing what you can currently do in-game.

I’m not sure if you’ve noticed this, but the game censors NAZI flags and/or imagery. The flags represented in-game depict that of a red, white and black flag with the Iron cross in the middle. If this is something that bothers you it’s best to skip the game, unless you’re indifferent to the whole thing.

Střelecká strategie is set to debut for PC via Parní Early Access února 28th.
